Delivery & Pickup Policy
Two ways to get groceries into your family's hands.
Click & Collect
- Available at all participating Partner Stores
- Free of charge
- Choose a time slot: Morning (8am–12pm), Afternoon (12pm–4pm), or Evening (4pm–7pm)
- Your Recipient simply shows the order reference number at the store to collect
- Orders are held for collection for up to 7 days before automatic cancellation
Home Delivery
- Available at Partner Stores marked "Delivery Available"
- Standard delivery (next available slot): from TTD $50
- Same-day delivery: from TTD $120
- Express delivery (2-hour window): from TTD $200
- Delivery is fulfilled by the Partner Store's own delivery team or a trusted courier partner
- You'll receive a notification when your order is out for delivery and again when delivered

Delivery areas
At launch, delivery is available within each Partner Store's local delivery radius in Trinidad & Tobago. Coverage will expand as we onboard more Partner Stores across all regions, including Tobago.
Peak season notice
During major holidays (Christmas, Carnival, Diwali, Eid, Easter), delivery and collection times may take longer due to high demand. We recommend ordering at least 3–5 days in advance of when groceries are needed during these periods.
