We collect: account information (name, email, phone, country of residence); recipient information (name, phone, delivery address, special notes); payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers); order information (items purchased, order history, fulfilment preferences); technical information (IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies).

We use your information to: process and fulfil your orders; communicate order updates to you and your Recipients; provide customer support; improve our Platform; send marketing communications (only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time); and comply with legal obligations.

We share order and Recipient information with the relevant Partner Store solely to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the Platform (Stripe for payments, Resend for email), all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.

As Lime Cook Up operates between the UK, USA, Canada, and Trinidad & Tobago, your data may be transferred and processed outside your home country. We take appropriate steps, including standard contractual clauses where required, to ensure your data remains protected to UK GDPR standards.

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements (typically 6 years for financial records).
